INGELOG GROUP, an European multidisciplinary team of business experts.
(01/05/2022 - by Virginie Chantry - Maïté Grisard)
INGELOG Group makes its methodology and ecosystem of experts accessible to small and medium-sized companies across Europe.
Partnering with experts from Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom, INGELOG Group now provides clients with a structured expertise in 3 languages: English, French and German. The methodology helps companies in all areas of good governance and allows a collaborative approach with experts in different fields.
It all began with a PhD in industrial engineering at MIT in 2005, where Jérôme Tilkin started working on how to simplify corporate tools for SMEs within a continuous improvement framework. He then worked for big European consulting groups advising companies and realized that continuous improvement could not only be applied to industrial ecosystems but to other areas of business as well. In 2016, he founded INGELOG Group, introducing a methodology of good governance for SMEs in the French market: ©ASMCPQ:2016. It consists of a multitude of tools and documents transferring expert knowledge into actionable content for SMEs.

Q QUALITY & METHODS
As Jérôme was looking for experts to help companies with his methodology, he met Maïté Grisard, management and business development expert, in 2018. After 2 years of working together for a contractor, the 2 teammates decided to further develop INGELOG Group and coordinate an ecosystem of multidisciplinary experts. Using a new version of the methodology ©ASMCPQ:2022, they provide clients with a holistic view of the company in a more pragmatic and transparent way.
Today, as this toolbox clearly brings strong value to clients within the French market, INGELOG group has decided to translate the documents to English and adapt the methodology to the European market.
To do so, a core team of trusted executive partners is needed. We got really lucky and found 3 new and complementary teammates to join INGELOG Group:
Koray Serbest, International Consultant in Supply Chain Management based in Germany (Focus: Sustainability & Digitalisation)
Achim Cremer, Management Consultant based in the UK (Focus: Corporate Governance, Process Optimisation and Finance & HR Management)
Virginie Chantry, PhD in astrophysics and communications expert based in Belgium (Focus: corporate communications as well as online marketing).
Our partnership of 5 will transport the methodology and its ecosystem to International English with an added bonus towards the German market.
